I keep getting the following message when trying to use kaspersky safe money 'Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window'

Kaspersky safe money might be trying to open a new browser instance that want to use the same profile, what isn't supported by Firefox. You will have to contact Kaspersky support if their software isn't working properly.
