Did you try adjusting or disabling the "Enhanced Tracking protection" feature of Firefox? Sometimes banks are pretty fussy about their trackers being blocked.

In the top left, on the far left side of the address bar, there is a shield icon you can click on. Doing so gives you an option to disable the feature outright, using the slider at the top of that bubble. Or, you can click on "Protection Settings" and change the mode. For example, if you are currently using "Strict," you might try changing that mode to "Standard."
