This last update is not good for me at all. Completely destroyed my productivity. How can this be rolled back to the one before this 115.3.1

Firefox 116 requires Windows 10 as the minimum and users on Windows 7 and 8 and 8.1 have been moved to Firefox 115 ESR.
I suspect the reporter is commenting about Thunderbird, as they posted in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1426218.
