Multiple users on Windows 2012 R2 terminal server crashing
Firefox is crashing for multiple users on Windows Server 2012 R2. I notice the websites sometimes are very to slow to load before it happens. I have pasted one of the crash reports below. This is on Firefox esr 115.1.0 and started happening 4 or 5 days ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and the issue is still happening.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

Can anyone help on this?
Does it still happen with Bitdefender disabled?
Go to about:third-party in the address bar and try disabling third-party modules.
I disable them on the admin profile but when I close out Firefox and open it back up, the modules are enabled again. Could this because other users have Firefox open? Does this need to be done on each users Firefox?
That didn't seem to help. I notice when I close Firefox out for certain users and then check Task Manager, it is still running. If they try to open Firefox again, they will receive an error message that Firefox is already running but not responding. If they click Close Firefox on that error message then Firefox will open again. So it seems that Firefox isn't closing out all the way for some users.
