My web pages changed to dark mode and I can't change it

I opened my computer a couple of days ago and found that all my web pages are in dark mode. I saw one fix on the help page that suggested going to layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override to fix the problem. The issue I have with this is I don't know how to access this page. I'm on a Mac Book running Ventura 13.4.1

That is a hidden preference. To get access, enter about:config in the address bar.

You can check the Website Appearance setting.
