I randomly get this issue, I enter URL and tab does nothing, even on F5, I open a new tab enter the same URL and it loads. Maybe there are 10-15tabs open, CPU load is not high, plenty of RAM, Very weird, like it wasn't even trying to do DNS query. As I remember I couldn't even open Network traffic log in tab, because page hasn't started loading yet.
