I have no record of having t up a password for data breaches which I am told involve passwords. So I have nothing to change. How can I keep my data secure in this situation?

Breach where? Firefox beyond the Password manager can't stop a breach if you allowed malware/virus to install and steal logins. So where is this coming from? This is so general no one reading will know where or what is happening. And remember this is only End User forum help.
