Well, I don't know why they think it's a good idea to open the history in a sidebar, but it is quite harmful since very valuable information is lost, such as the date and time that a certain activity was carried out. This is why I stopped using Microsoft Edge a few months ago and to my horror see that Firefox just did the same thing. Leave history alone!

You can toggle the history sidebar via "Ctrl+H".

You can see all history details in the Library (History -> Show All History; Ctrl+Shift+H).

Yeah, I want to se the history in a dedicated tab, not in the sidebar.

This could be a good alternative, but unfortunately it doesn't provide the information properly; instead of indicating when the site was visited, it shows how many times and when it was last visited.

Damn! I wish they had never done this.
