I am old [85] and nearly blind and I do not understand why I cannot access my GiffGaff accounts

I am trying to access 2 giff gaff accouns to change my pay in information[card going out of useable time] and need to be done during Sepember 2022. No matter what I try I cannot get on to their system. Is there some form of block in my firefox system that will not allow me - I am told I need to allow them, but I simply do not understand how? Where are Preferences and how do I access them?

Your issue may be realized by the Total Cookie Protection which has been implemented recently. Go to the site - At the left end of the address bar is a shield icon Click on that and switch Off the Enhanced Tracking Protection for that site Click the Refresh button on your toolbar and try again

You can create an exception for Enhanced Tracking Protection for that site - Visit the site. Click on the Shield icon at the left end of the address bar Toggle the switch to Off
