Hi Cerise, sorry to hear that this went so wrong. First, could you check your Windows desktop for a folder named '''Old Firefox Data''' -- this is normally created when Firefox performs a Refresh, and it contains your entire previous Firefox profile folder with all your settings and data. Do you have that? Second, what happens when you try using the shortcut -- is there a specific message from Windows? Or no response at all? Third, what was the original failure that led you to try uninstalling? Maybe we need to resolve that before Firefox can run again.
