OS: Windows 10 Firefox Version 100.0 Starting this afternoon...

Firefox crashes (completely shuts down) every time I try to print to "Save to PDF" with the Firefox browser page open. I can print a browser page to my local printer, but not to "Save to PDF", even if it is in Troubleshoot Mode and even after Firefox has been refreshed.

Everything on my system is current and updated.

This issue is new.

Any ideas, or other suggestions.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance on this matter.

Dave

In the address box, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Good afternoon FredMcD,

I did enter "about:crashes" yesterday before I submitted the request for support on this and as per your request, I typed about:crashes in the address box and it gave me the same answer as before, there were no reports.

Thank you, Dave

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi FredMcD,

I performed this operation yesterday, and yes, the problem still persists.
