Cannot move Firefox- Thunderbird-Window to second monitor any more
I use two displays, suddenly it is no more possible to move the Firefox- and/or Thunderbird-Windows from Monitor to the other monitor, grabbing its mainbar and trying to move, the window sticks on half way and then flops back.

i grab the mainbar with a left mouseclick (hold) and drag the hole window (see picture), worked fine until a few days ago. No Win_Update in between.
