One click button to reach Manage Bookmarks

I want a toolbar button I can click on once that opens the Manage Bookmarks (Library) window. I want it to do the equivalent of Ctrl+Shift+O.

I'm completely aware of the Library icon, and the "Show your bookmarks" icon with the little star in the tray, but both of those require two clicks to open a separate Library window with Bookmarks selected. I once figured out how to do something similar with a bookmark to some place in About: but this opened a separate tab I then had to close and I want it to open a separate window.

I've used Firefox since at least 2007 or earlier and I still miss the little star icon (or was it a globe) that opened Organize Bookmarks. It's not laziness on my part, but it is over a decade of muscle memory I still haven't shaken. Besides, what was the advantage of making it harder to get to?
