Starting Firefox gives blank page
After restarting Firefox, updating, and now Firefox will not start properly. Gives a blank page, no menu bar, no anything other than a Address bar that does not work. Can't refresh. Safe mode does the same. Windows 7

Have you see any error messages about a missing DLL?
It sounds similar to the Visual C++ Redistributable problem that many Windows 10 users have reported. For example: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1328485
