Re-Installing firefox
Hello! I am using firefox on windows10 I am facing problems with my firefox browser, some buttons are not responding where as the same buttons in site work well and good in chromium based ones. This is my first problem
My second problem is that I uninstall firefox completely and install again. I am getting a welcome window saying "Firefox has been installed before. Let's get a new copy". Please help me get an experience as if i am installing firefox for the first ever time on my machine.
Please address them both

some buttons are not responding
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

How many should be there?
Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.
