In what program folder is this version installed if you check that on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page ?
- (64-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (32-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"
