Firefox not printing some web pages correctly

more options

Over the last few weeks Firefox is not printing statements correctly from my online bank. Other browsers e.g. Safari, Microsoft Edge are working fine. I have Firefox on a MacBookPro (El Capitan) and a PC (Windows 10) and both have exactly the same problem. The image is far too large for the page and much text is lost. Switching to landscape doesn't help. It appears that something has changed in Firefox recently which is causing this. Thanks

Hello,

In order to better assist you with your issue please provide us with a screenshot. If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.

Thank you!

A screenshot of the site is no help since the screen image is fine. Since your system only accepts screenshots, the only way I can show you what happens is to make screenshots from a pdf print file. See attached.

Developer here who works on the printing support. This looks like a bug in Firefox that we need to fix but it's difficult to work through issues like this on support.mozilla.org. Would you mind creating an account on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ and opening a bug report there so that it can be investigated properly?
