Firefox 77. No smooth scrolling
When i'm trying to scroll up or down any page by using wheel pressed, it doesn't works very well.
PC config: Ryzen 5 1600 16 gb AMD R7 370

Hello pandordon,
- Start Firefox.
- Click Tools, Options.
- Click the Advanced icon, then look in the Browsing section.
- Enable Use smooth scrolling, then click OK.
This option is already turned on, but there is no difference for me anyway. I think, it may be some new version problem, because i've never faced with this kind of problem before.
Try setting these prefs in about:config
general.smoothScroll.currentVelocityWeighting: 0
general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.durationMaxMS: 250
general.smoothScroll.stopDecelerationWeighting; 0.82
mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount: 25

Ok, this helped a little bit, but not entirely, though. It may be problem with my plugins or monitor, that supports only 75 hz. I will try something to do with it.
