I use strict ETP. But when I went to AmIUnique and Paanopticlick, they still said that my browser had a unique fingerprint. Why didn't the ETP feature work?

The Fingerprinters block under Enhanced Tracking Protection uses a list of known tracking servers confirmed to use browser fingerprinting. Those test sites are not on the list because they do not use fingerprinting tests for tracking.

Obviously a list of known bad guys, even one that is updated regularly, is never going to be complete. However, making other changes to Firefox can reduce the functionality of legitimate websites, so you have to decide whether it is worth the headaches to block more.

If you look at the results on panopticlick.eff.org then you will notice that it includes a lot of extras like System Fonts and some hashes if you look at settings that make you most unique.
