Why don't you have a real help line, phone or chat so people can get individual help? Why are you destroying a fantastic tool?
No help line to ask individual questions. Browser made impossibly complicated. What is all this about? It's nuts.

Because Mozilla, the company that makes Firefox (which is a free product), doesn't have the financial means to maintain a professional help desk or call center ......
But like the-edmeister said : go ahead and ask a question - the people who answer questions here are better motivated than those on a professional help desk, as they're not doing it for the money, but because they want to help people.
