Opening focused link in same tab with CTRL-Shft-Middle Click not working
A few months ago I discovered a tip that I could open a link in the same tab in which it appeared, using Ctrl-Shift-Middle Click.
Now, however, it doesn't work. Is there another combination that will produce the same results?

I don't know why that should work. Both
- Ctrl+click
- Middle-click
direct a link to a new tab. Where did you see that? Was it related to an add-on maybe?
Normally a left single click will open a link in the same tab, unless the website coded it to open in a new window.
