Dropdowns (addressbar suggestions) and dialogs (save password?) dont disappear

Sometimes, seemingly randomly, when I switch back to firefox from another application on my Windows 10 machine, a previously used dialog (usually addressbar dropdown or a save password? dialog) open without me triggering it. They are filled with the content from last time, and look legit - except - they just dont go away.

The only way to make them go away is by triggering another, similar, popup/dropdown - then the new one replaces the old one, and the new one works normally. This is ok with address bar - I just have to type in something and a new suggestion dropdown opens, replacing the stuck one. But save password, a pain in the butt.
