Firefox won't open. Tried to refresh but it says it's running in the background. Deleted that but still won't open but no reason given. Tried the Troubleshooting page but that takes me ion circles so I need help. I know this plays to stereotype, but not all users were brought up with computer technology. You make too many assumptions about basic knowledge when expecting the customer to act as their own troubleshooter / analyser / tech wiz. Please get me back on Firefox or I'll need to start using Google Chrome!! Help!! Sean.
