Still unable to get rid of annoying "Refresh Firefox" nag prompt

Could you clarify the problem? Your question refers to a "Refresh Firefox" nag prompt, but the other thread is a about a page that keeps reloading when the user is trying to read it. Is there a connection I don't understand?
