The full message is: "Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (rtsp) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address."

I'm running Windows 8.1. I refreshed Firefox, and I disabled and deleted all AddOns. i don't know what else to do. The problem started when I installed Norton for Firefox, and now I can't get YouTube videos to play. Thank you!

被選擇的解決方法

Well, after we uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, I cleared the cache and cookies and restarted Firefox, and the videos started working. So that solves the issue. I don't think it was related to Norton at all. I hope this helps someone else who may have this problem.

As a test, disable Norton. If the problem is gone, contact their support.

I had Norton help me. We disabled Norton, and the uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, and they say it is a Browser issue. The message says the issue is with RTSP. Do you have any other suggestions?
