Please check that Options --> Privacy and Security --> Permissions has a Check Mark in the box to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.

So it's a Google News problem? It does scroll normally in Chrome.

Can no longer reproduce on 60 nor 62. No longer valid / solved / bug = WFM?
