The upper right line (which now shows a new icon for bookmarks) had several very important link buttons now gone. I still have my Ebates button and ABP button, but my password keeper is gone (!!!), as well as my plug-ins button, Yahoo email button. Maybe a few others too. Please tell me how to restore these.

Those are not called buttons. Good thing named them. They are called Extensions. You do not. hey are not compatible with Firefox 57. Check the Developers page of missing Extensions for information or they may have recommended another program.

Please copy/paste this about:addons into the Address Bar and press Enter. You will be in the Add-ons Manager. From here you should be right away int the Legacy Extensions and should be showing your missing Extensions. Click the Find a Replacement.

For Adobe you need to update the program itself and/or need to uninstall and download the new version https://get.adobe.com/reader/ of Adobe Reader and install. Please note it is offering other software and untick things you do not want. I believe you then have to wait and Adobe sooner or later will figure it out and something will pop-up (small) and ask if you want the Extension or maybe in this case only is a button to the larger program.

How about looking at these 2 URL's first : https://www.howtogeek.com/333110/how-to-customize-firefox-quantum-and-remove-the-white-space-around-the-title-bar/ and The name is not descriptive enough : https://www.howtogeek.com/332449/whats-new-in-firefox-quantum/

More information will come out slowly. New extensions are being made and some older ones being updated that can track here : http://bit.ly/2j0Anlj

Going back : unfortunately 56.0.2 is no longer safe to use for every day use, but 52.5.0 ESR is! It will continue to get security updates until May 2018, and you can download and install it from this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after May 2018.

You should make a backup of your Profile before going back and just because: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-

See if you can find updates for your Intel(R) HD Graphics Family as they are A very old : driverDate: 12-18-2014 You can Google Intel(R) HD Graphics Family and find the download page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/80939/graphics-drivers.html, but you may have to know what generation chipset you are using. GPU-Z would tell you this https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Can also try : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html I do not see more than 1 error in the drivers.

Old & corrupted Drivers cause a wide range of issues. Please keep them updated to prevent issues and you never know when Intel will stop supporting them.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
