Hi It looks like the address and/or the site may have changed. I have tried to access the Maryland State Archives (Land Registry) through their site at [http://msa.maryland.gov/ http://msa.maryland.gov/], but even then I have not been able to access it. I recommend that you contact them directly for help with this issue - they may not realise that they have a problem with their site.
