Firefox always crashes when I use my Nitro PDF 9 to print, it makes me crazy!
I don't understand why it crashes every time I print to Nitro PDF 9. Can you please help me?
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Thank you so much for your reply, I really appreciate. And I did not know about the multiple versions of Firefox. I actually know enough to be dangerous! I will take your answers to someone in the know that can apply them properly and fix it.
