I want to save my passwords so I don't have to constantly sign in. I looked at Preferences/Security and remember logins is gray. What to do?
I like using FireFox. I have tried to go through preferences and security in order for the browser to remember my passwords, and it has not worked. The check off box is gray and I cannot do anything to it, so that I may be able to check it off. All I want do is to have my passwords pop up on the sign in, like they do on my Safari. Basically, I want to stay signed in. Please offer me some advice as to how I can resolve this situation.
Thank you.

hello, firefox won't save your passwords when you've set it up to run in permanent private browsing mode ("never remember history" in the options > privacy panel).
