locked out of sync account
My sync account has locked me out. I really need to access the bookmarks for my job today. I would appreciate any assistance offered.

I think I understand the request. What you are asking can not be done.
Unless you are the FBI who reportedly broke into the bomber's phone, and even then they may just have discovered the password.
