why my friends cannot connect on me..... i already have my cam on with my email link but still they cannot see my cam? thank you.....
before i sign in to firefox hello i read all the instruction.... i just have my email at yahoo....and then share a link.... and anyone anybody can access me especially my friends in firefox hello.... but, though I have my cam on and my e mail link shown my friends who are on line and would like to connect on me failed to see my cam.... i just dont know what is happening.... when actually i can see my self on the camera.... but my friends cannot connect on me.........

Do you have other software using your camera (like Skype)? If yes, does your camera work with it? Is your computer a desktop or a laptop?
