Firefox 39.0 Health Report not working properly

The startup time of day graph shows no dates and only a green dot in the middle of the screen. Also the time open this month seems to reset to zero every time Firefox is closed. The other bits of information provided in the report like the number of book marks, add-ons and plug-ins seem to be OK. This problem started some weeks ago and although I have the latest version of Firefox installed and tried setting to default settings and refreshing the browser a couple of times the problem has not been resolved. Any other solutions you can suggest I try would be appreciated. I have data sharing set on ON.

I created a new profile and opened the browser. The Health Report appeared to be OK but was lacking data so it will take a few days to know if the problem has been resolved. Thanks for the suggestion.
