The icon(favorites in IE) for the websites I use is gone. It used to be in the upper right hand corner. Where did it go?

Hmm, Firefox doesn't normally have an icon to access your IE Favorites. There is an extension named PlainOldFavorites that would add a Favorites menu to the menu bar. Is that what you're missing, or something else?

If you are missing a button for your Firefox Bookmarks, can you find it on another bar, or in the box full of buttons that aren't on any menu or toolbar? You can use the Customize feature to hunt around for it: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

If your Firefox lost a lot of settings and add-ons, it's possible that the Refresh feature ran. Some users are getting a message during an update that Firefox is starting slowly and you could speed it up by restoring some default settings. If you click that button, Firefox moves your old settings folder to the desktop inside an Old Firefox Data folder. Do you see anything like that? If so, we might be able to help you explore inside for more information on the missing add-on, if that's what was giving you the missing button.
