how do i upload a picture I.D. from my S-3 phone?
They have my birthdate wrong on my facebook acc., so i have to upload a picture i.d. so they will open my acc.

Hi, this is the Desktop part of Mozilla Support, so your question would be better posted on Firefox for Android Support. However you could perhaps Bluetooth your pic from your phone to your PC and upload it to FB from there.
