Before the update to 34.0.5, the new tab page worked fine. Now it will not remember any pages I go to. Dragging bookmarks over just opens the bookmark. Remember history is on.

Found my own answer: The update to Firefox version 34.0.5 changed the way zoom works for the New Tab page. My visited sites are being saved, but I have to zoom out several levels to see them. I have to do this every time I open the New Tab page.

To customize the default zoom for my tabs, I tried the NoSquint add-on first. It worked for every page except the New Tab page.

Google search for: firefox new tab page zoom add-on Returned: Default FullZoom Level :: Add-ons for Firefox

Default FullZoom Level→User Reviews→Find On This Page search for: New Tab Page Returned: "...this extension applies the selected default zoom in the preferences to the new tab page..." Firebird, a Firefox user

The Default FullZoom Level add-on has resolved my issue.
