gmail - firefox 32.0.3 Basic HTML
Dear Sirs, re: Forefox 32.0.3 for some reason Firefox can only wok in basic HTML mode:
"Some important features may not work in this version of your browser, so you have been redirected to the Basic HTML version. Upgrade to a modern browser, such as Google Chrome."
I tried to clear cache, cookies and other solutions suggested elsewhere without success.
Thanks for your help. Regards

You have a messed up User Agent = Firefox/32.0.3 (x86 en-US); anonymized by Abelssoft 657129543 This what is should look like = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0
Gmail may not be reading that as Firefox 32, because it is a lot different than the default UA https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-firefox-outdated-or-incompatible
My advice is to reset all the related preferences in about:config per that support article and see if that helps.
Overall, Gmail for me has been useless to me for many years in the "enhanced" mode; I need to use Basic HTML or suffer a very extended loading time for loading any pages in Gmail. No similar issues with Comcast Zimbra webmail, in their "enhanced mode"; a bit slower than their "basic", but not like Gmail "snail mode". Part of that might be to my using WinXP, but it's not like I have a "door stop" of a PC - 2.2 GHz with 2GB of RAM
