Scrolling down with my mouse's scroll button makes it scroll up instead?

I have an external mouse for my laptop (Logitech brand). It works fine, but when I go onto Firefox, suddenly it has weird issues. They mostly arise when I'm on a website I frequently visit. When I try to scroll down on a type of page (here's an example: http://q.pokefarm.org/fields?nH), my scroll bar only moves up. I've used other browsers, and this problem exists only on Firefox.

Check your add-ons and plugins to see if any of them have mouse settings. Open the computers control panel and check its mouse settings.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

You need to remove the trailing ')' that has become part of the link:

I see the same happen if you mean scrolling the object.
Clicking the buttons at the top and bottom to scroll works, but using the mouse scroll wheel on the object only scrolls up in Firefox.
