My persona stays the same no matter what I try to do...
I have been trying to change my persona to a Halloween persona. I do the appropriate things and press the "wear it" button but the persona stays the same and does not change. Am I doing something wrong??

Hi,
If a horizontal notification bar appears below the location (address) bar or tab bar you can try to Allow it.
If the problem persists, you can also Reset Firefox and start afresh.
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Hello mfoster, try to undo your current Persona design and then "wear" the new one.

You can check for problems with preferences and try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.
