Firefox Addons change from english to french and other languages
Before i installed a few addons which were in french and other languages firefox had all my add ons in english. an example of my problem would be that adblock plus preferences and other things were in french. not all add ons were changed to different languages, so stayed english. i cannot find a way to fix this so need help. This is the image of the addons, some are foreign others are english. they used to be english and changed after i installed other addons, where some were only available in french and other languages. i have removed the foreign ones but still won't go english and have reinstalled firefox, and the addons that were changed to foreign and still stay foreign.

FIXED. I have no idea how but it is fixed. I think this happened because of installing foreign language addons and firefox decided to change the add on language if it could on some add ons that allowed different languages. Even though my issue is now solved, i would like to know how this happened to me.

No. I restarted firefox after installing Nyan Cat add on and its changed to french again. WTF IS GOING ON?
I have just found out Yahtzee add on is french and removed it. seems fine.would still like to be able to download foreign add ons without it changing languages of installed add ons.
What is the value of the general.useragent.locale pref on the about:config page?
Which languages do you have installed?
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Content > Languages

Assuming you mean general, the value for the general.useragent.locale value is en-US. I am UK English but i am not too bothered about changing that. My languages installed are en (English) and en-US (English United States), en-US being on top of en, which i switched around.
