I can't use certain parts of My Fed Ex
I can get into my fed ex and create a label and print it but I can not go into my history and track or reprint or look at more than 5 shipments

Hi mpeden, did this start when you updated from Firefox 12 to Firefox 13, or is this your first time using Firefox on that site?
What are the symptoms of the problem: do you get an error message? Does the page just appear blank? Let me know what you're seeing, or what you're not seeing that you expect to see.
I am a new fire fox user. I click on the button and nothing happens or I get no information available. Normally I can click on the button and get all the fed ex packages I sent to show up and then I can click on any individual one and track or reprint or show details and I can't do any of that.
Sorry, I wasn't able to get onto the FedEx site today (I don't have an account and need to get a colleague to check it in Firefox).
