following upgrade to 6.0.2, when scrolling on all websites the text is blurred, can appear "wavy" over certain areas, and the text is blue-ish when scrolled.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

In Firefox 4 and later Safe mode disables extensions and disables hardware acceleration.
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.
