I cannot open my email when I use Firefox. This is a sudden development. The poblem is not Comcast because I have no difficulty if I use Internet Explorer. Could this have something to do with spam.? What can I do to fix the problem?
When I sign onto Comcast (Xfinitiy) using Firefox, I see a list of new emails, but when I click on them, nothing happens. I used Comcast live chat and they asked me to try opening my email using Internet Explorer. It worked! Thus the problem is not Comcast, but Firefox. What can I do?

Clicking on the blue hyperlink of a new message in the Inbox Preview window all of a sudden works for me today, where it didn't work yesterday or before.
Try using the View Entire Inbox button under Inbox Preview, to be able to see your entire inbox.
