After the last Firefox update, the forward or back multiple pages feature disappeared. Why?

The drop-down arrow was removed, use right-click to bring up the context menu as always. Older items are on the bottom. See item #5 in the following ..

To save space the downward pointing triangle was removed and you now right-click or click-and-hold the back button to get the history list.
There is an add-on if you prefer the downward-pointing triangle. I haven't tried it myself.
