the website bol.com is using a new plug-in, i cannot install a new plug-in to use the player of the website

You need the WMP plugin to play those sound fragments.

missing plugin is for windows 7 version not XP

That plugin works in all Windows versions (XP SP2+, Vista, Windows 7).
