hi there when trying to get on to ebay after signing in and giving password i get a message saying sorry there is a fault at firefox end

1. Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.
2. Also Try Firefox Troubleshoot Mode to see if the problem goes away.
