Send, delete, forward boxes have vanished from my Thunderbird write screen (bug1989214)
On my Write screen, all of the options "Send" "Forward" etc have vanished so that I can't send emails.

Hi Phil,
Maybe the toolbar has been disabled somehow, in the menu, you should be able to activate it again via View → Toolbars → Composition Toolbar. If you don't see the menu right away, press Alt+V to open it.
By the way, you can also send your mail using Ctrl+Enter, you don't necessarily have to use the Send button.

I had the same problem, but could still send with ctrl+enter. But the toolbar disappeared with 153.0. And I have it back thanks to your comment :-)
