The built-in VPN in Firefox is ciurrently only in desktop Firefox for Windows, macOS, Linux starting Fx 149.0 in in the US, UK, Germany, France with a rollout in Canada as of Fx 150.0. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn There may be a built-in VPN in Android Firefox as early as Fx 151.0 according to [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2030084 VPN Android - Early Access (Phase 0) Release.] Please do not comment in that bug as it is not a discussion forum like here as I only linked to it for reading and to monitor progress.
