How to disable search suggestions?
I beleve it's this settings in about:config (but im not sure.) ("browser.urlbar.quicksuggest.scenario", "history");
what other values are valid instead of history?

Hello! Try disabling browser.urlbar.suggest.searches in the about:config if you want to disable search suggestions that are from your search engine.
If you want to disable or enable some other search suggestions(like history, search engines, top sites), using the about:config, you can search browser.urlbar.suggest in the about:config and you can disable suggestions from there.

You can disable search suggestions in Settings on the Search page under Search Suggestions. There are further settings on the Privacy & Security page under Address Bar.
