When I did a screenshopit was clear text. This is a picture I took with my phone

That picture isn't clear. The problem may be related to a setting for "hardware acceleration". That can normally be detected by starting Firefox in safe mode but your issue is intermittent. You could try switching the setting off on the 'General' page in Options. Under the heading 'Performance' unselect "Use recommended performance settings" then unselect "Use hardware acceleration when available".

Do the above. Also, it could be a problem with the monitor. Or the wiring.
